Zoru pelbiko funtzionala izatea funtsezkoa da organo horien osasunerako oro har, baita kirol-errendimenduarentzat ere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kirolarien artean gernu-inkontinentziaren prebalentzia handia izan arren, %35-40 inguru, tabu izaten jarraitzen du horri buruz hitz egiteak, eta ez zaio behar adinako arretarik eskaintzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bideo honetan, muskulatura garrantzitsu eta gehienetan ahaztu honekin lanean hasten lagunduko dizugu.
